The core principle of responsible gambling at ad365 is that you stay in control. Set deposit limits, take breaks, and if you feel gambling is having a negative effect on your life, contact us right away.

Safety Tools

6 Protective Measures for You

ad365 provides these tools to keep you safe. To use them, contact our 24/7 live chat at any time.

Deposit Limit

Set a limit on how much you can deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once a limit is set, it cannot be changed for 24 hours — this is for your own protection.

Time-Out Break

If you feel you need a few days off, set a time-out lasting anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period your account will be temporarily inactive.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. We offer the option to keep your account closed from 6 months up to permanently. This decision is difficult to reverse — so consider it carefully.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once the set time is up, you will automatically receive a warning and the session will end.

Mindful Gambling Rules

Core Principles of Responsible Gambling

Responsible gambling is not just about following limits — it is about having a healthy mindset. Keep the following principles in mind before playing at ad365:

Play for entertainment only: Never treat betting and casino games as a source of income. Only spend an amount whose loss will not affect your daily life.

Set a budget in advance: Decide on a fixed budget before each session and stick to it. When that budget is gone, stop playing — whether you are losing or winning.

Track your time: It is easy to lose track of how quickly time passes while playing. Set a session time limit and take a rest after the set time.

Keep a clear head: Never bet when you are angry, frustrated, or overly excited. Decisions made in an emotional state are often harmful.

Never gamble with borrowed money: Never bet with money from a credit card, a loan, or borrowed from someone else. This can lead to both financial and mental harm.

Balance with other activities: Spending time with family, socializing with friends, sports, and community activities are equally important. Do not limit yourself to online gaming alone.

ad365 believes that with the right awareness and the right tools, every player can enjoy entertainment safely. Our commitment to responsible gambling is reflected in every decision we make — from game selection to support services.
